We would like to introduce a case study of Company A, which utilized our "Quantitative Droplet Dispensing System." Company A was looking for a droplet processing manufacturer to develop a product that involves soaking their self-developed aroma oils into seal-like patches. They mentioned that there were many manufacturers available for this soaking process. Through multiple meetings, we understood that they required control over the droplet amount and the oil retention capability when the oil was dispensed onto non-woven fabric. Therefore, we proposed a relatively high-retention non-woven fabric using our system and the Matsumoto SS Material Network.
